Family Vacation!

This week we spent some time in New Orleans with Roman's aunt Patty (aka Sandra). We had a blast. This was Roman's first flight. He was great. very excited! We had some delicious food and visited the aquarium and the zoo.

Lights, Camera, Action Take two!

It might not have been obvious but Roman got his first hair cut in the middle of May. Papá took Roman to a children's salon and mamá was not invited. must be a boy thing. No pictures are available (Mamá was not happy about this)... Give some credit to papá though, some of the curls were saved for a memory box. There was a re-enactment today!

He was excited at first to be on a motorcycle... then was a little cautious....

then it went downhill!

He wasn't too happy at the very end... we think it was worth it, he looks adorable!

Valley Trip

We traveled to the rio grande valley this weekend to spend time with Hernandez crew. It was Roman's cousin Georgie high school graduation and cousin Taylor's junior high graduation. It was a great time. Roman and mamí got to spend an extra couple of days, while papá came back to work. Got a chance to hang out with both Roman's set of cousins.

Even his cousin Drew from Houston made an appearance!

Roman had time to relax by the pool. No he did not eat any tostitos.

Roman loves his set of Maracas! we made a short trip to Nuevo Progreso, Mexico.. boy! was it hot!
